PUNE: The Lavasa Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of the Ajit Gulabchand Group's Hindustan Construction Company Limited, announced the development plan of its second town, Mugaon, on Saturday. The Lavasa Hill Station is planned on a land mass of 23,000 acres comprising five towns.
Group President for development companies Rajgopal Nogja told reporters that the company is going ahead with the development of Mugaon after receiving a clearance from the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF).
