Ahmedabad : Solar cooling and heating roof panels over Bus Rapid Transport System (BRTS) corridors and bus stops, rooftop gardens for buildings, solar panel-oriented buses and a policy fixing eco-friendly colour facade for buildings are a few proposals to make Ahmedabad a greener and sustainable city.
And to achieve this, Ahmedabad has been included in the list of cities for the development and assessment toolkit project funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Read more
