New Delhi -- Union Minister for New and Renewable Energy Dr Farooq Abdullah today said India has become the fifth largest producer of electricity using wind energy.
All out efforts were being taken to make it an eco-friendly nation, the Minister said while launching the 2nd All India Educational Campaign on 'Empowerment through Values and Spirituality' and 'Clean the Mind and Green the Earth' campaign.
