NEW DELHI : Around 55 per cent of young workforce engaged in India’s information technology (IT) and IT enabled services (ITeS) sector are stricken with lifestyle disorders due to unhealthy eating habits, hectic work schedules, tight deadlines, irregular and associated stress.
