Jaipur: Though there has been a marginal increase in numbers of patients admitted in government hospitals between 2004 and 2011, the out of pocket expenditure (OoPE) of patients in Rajasthan has witnessed over 100% rise. The OoPE accounts for increase in poverty for any state or country.
