Thiruvananthapuram : To reassure workers from the Northeast and north India, the Kerala government Wednesday decided to distribute Onam festival kits to them.
Chief Minister Oommen Chandy said the Labour department would give away Rs 10 crore worth of kits to all migrant workers from August 25. Onam, Kerala’s harvest festival, falls on August 28. Read more
