Chandigarh : The largest number of complaints being received by the Haryana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission are against the Electricity Department.
Since the beginning of 2011, a total of 830 complaints have been received against the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC), Uttari Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited (UHBVNL) and Dakshini Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited (DHBVNL). Read more
