Ludhiana : After the formal notification of property tax from November 15, 2012 onwards, the Ludhiana Municipal Corporation on Monday announced that property tax would be levied from the same date onwards on all the residential properties of Ludhiana. On commercial properties, house tax will be replaced with property tax from April 1, 2013 onwards.
The department will be starting a physical survey of the properties across the city which is likely to be completed in two months.
